The purpose of the Joan Wolfe Legacy Grant is to assist schools and community organizations that help children to achieve success in learning.  The 2013 grants were awarded to Mooresville High School English Department, Mooresville, IN - $1,000, Day Nursery Association, Indianapolis, IN - $2,500, Youth Connections, Franklin, IN - $2,500, Youth Opportunity Center, Muncie, IN - $2,500.

“We are proud to be able to offer grants to provide school children with the necessary tools to succeed in their education,” stated Ron Collier, President and CEO of Indiana Members Credit Union.  “Joan Wolfe was a valuable employee who was dedicated to giving back to school children in need in the communities IMCU serves and we are honored to support this effort.”

The funding for the grants comes from the Foundations fundraising efforts.  Applications are accepted and reviewed April 15 – June 1 and awarded the 2nd Friday in July.
